The first method would be to take the bus. Which I recommend because you can get some sleep on the bus and it will take you straight to Fuji Q Highland. You can catch a bus from the South Exit Shinjuku Station. There are two different bus companies that operate a bus going from Shinjuku to Fuji Q Highland. And one is the Fujikyu Highway Bus Reservation Center and the second one is the Keio Highway Bus Reservation Center. When you can to the bus stop in Shinjuku you’ll want to take the Chuo Highway Bus Fujigoko Line and it will take around 100 minutes. You can also take a bus from the Yaesu Exit at the Tokyo Station. From the Tokyo station there is only the Fujikyu Highway Bus Reservation Center that is operating a bus from Tokyo station to Fuji Q. The bus you will want to get on is the Chuo Highway bus and it will take approximately 110 min. If you would like to go from Yokohama then there is a bus that stops at the West Exit of Yokohama Station. The bus company you will need to call for questions and reservation from Yokohama is the Fujikyu Highway Bus Reservation Center. Make sure to get on the Tomei Highway Bus and this will take approximately 150 minutes. There is also a bus that goes from the Shibuya Mark City to Fuji Q Highland. The Bus company will be the Fujikyu Highway Bus Reservation Centre. Make sure to get on the Tomei Highway bus and it will take approximately 120 minutes. If you want to go from Haneda Airport then you can take the Chuo Highway Bus from Haneda and it will take around 130 minutes to get to Fuji Q Highland. You can even take a bus from both Osaka and Kyoto. If you want to get on this the bus will depart from the Abenobashi Station and then will stop at Meishin Ibaraki, Takatsuki and Hachijo Exit of Kyoto Station. If you have any questions or want to make reservations for the buses running from either Osaka/Kyoto to Fuji Q Highland then you can call either the Fujikyu Highway Bus Reservation Center or the Kintetsu Highway Bus Center.

If you are looking for a package plan then there is one called the low-priced QPACK which is a package deal that includes a pass for Fuji Q Highland and a roundtrip Express bus ticket from Shinjuku or Shibuya. The price of the tickets may change depending on the time of year but it is usually around 7,800 yen for adults (anyone over the age of 18). For school students (those who are 12 to 18) is 7,400 yen. For children ages 3 to 12 will be 4,950 yen. If you would like the package for the QPACK departing from Shibuya then it is 7,900 yen for adults, 7,500 yen for school students and 5,000 yen for kids. You can either make the reservation through the Fujikyu Express Bus Reservation Center or Keio Highway Bus Reservation Center. Or you can also make reservations online at highwaybus.com

If you would like to take the train then from Shinjuku station it would be best to take the JR Line to Otsuki station from Otsuki station you will need to transfer onto the Fujikyu Express Line that will take you to Fuji Q Highland Station. The regular fare from Shinjuku station to Otsuki Station is 1,320 yen or the Express fare is 1,250 yen in addition to the regular fare. Then from Otsuki Station to Fuji Q Highland station the regular fare is 1,080 yen and the express fare is an additional 400 yen to the regular fare.

If you are going to Fuji Q Highland with a group of people and there is someone who has their license then another option would be to rent a car and drive to Fuji Q.
