If you lose your rental device or any corresponding parts, you will be charged a replacement fee.
Please note that if there are any missing parts, they will be deemed as a loss and compensation fees will occur. If any device(s) or any parts are damaged beyond the ordinary wear and tear, compensation fees will occur.
If your rental device(s) or any parts are not returned within 7 days following the end of your rental period, we will deem such action as a loss and failure to return and compensation fees will occur. Please contact us immediately if you would like to request an extension for returning the device(s) for any reason.
Please note that if the rental device(s) and parts are successfully returned to us, you will receive a confirmation email.
If you would like to make a traveler’s insurance claim, please let us know as we would be happy to help.
As each insurance policy is different, it is not our responsibility to know what needs to be provided. However, upon request we are fully willing to provide the needed materials (e.g. representative report, bill statements, etc.) to the best of our ability, so please feel free to let us know!
