Pocket Wi-Fi Rental

• Activation Fee: 3,000 JPY
• Daily Data Usage Cost:
  • 300 JPY/day (Short Term 1GB/day Plan)
  • 500 JPY/day (Short Term 5GB/day Plan)
  • 200 JPY/day (Long Term 1GB/day Plan)

SIM Card Rental

• Activation Fee: 3,200 JPY
• Daily Data Usage Cost:
  • 150 JPY/day (Short Term 1GB/day Plan)
  • 120 JPY/day (Long Term 1GB/day Plan)

IX. NON-COMMODITY FEES

Japanese Sales Tax (10%) will be charged separately.

X. SHIPPING

Orders can be shipped within Japan only. Orders are accepted from 3 to 60 business days prior to the desired delivery date. Unexpected shipping delays caused by circumstances related to the courier may occur. Delivery to some remote islands and mountainous areas may not be available.

XI. SHIPPING COST

Shipping cost for pocket Wi-Fi and SIM card delivery will be included in the “Activation Fee.”

Returning shipping cost will be covered by Assist Solutions Corp. only if the delivered SIM card is faulty.

XII. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Order cancellations, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless the delivered pocket Wi-Fi device or SIM card is faulty.

We DO NOT accept any refund request at convenience stores after the payment.
