How to find it

  1. Exit customs and turn left.
  2. The counter is between South Exit 2 and South Exit 3.
Landing at Terminal 3? There’s no JAL ABC counter there. Walk to the Terminal 2 counter — the terminals are connected, about 500 m apart.

How to find it

  1. Exit into the arrival lobby and turn right.
  2. The counter is by the elevator.
Most international flights arrive at Terminal 3. Haneda has three terminals: Terminal 3 is international only, Terminal 2 is international and domestic, and Terminal 1 is domestic only.

How to Return Your Pocket WiFi

Free, and it only takes a minute.

Seal it in the envelope

When your rental ends, put the device in the prepaid return envelope and seal it.

Drop it in any post box

Any Japan Post mailbox or post office works, at any time. No postage needed. Most Lawson stores have a mailbox outside.

Stay online until the very last moment

You can keep using your pocket WiFi until the very last moment at the airport. There are many post boxes around the departure lobby.

Just mail it before you go through security — there are no post boxes past that point.
