Your Travel eSIM is scheduled to activate at 00:00 (Japan Time) on your selected start date.
After placing your order, you will first receive an order confirmation email with your receipt. At this stage, the eSIM is not yet active.
Once the eSIM is activated on your selected start date, we will send you a separate email containing your QR code and a step-by-step setup guide. Please note that the activation email is only sent after the eSIM becomes active.
If your selected start date is the same day as your order, the eSIM will be activated immediately, and the activation email with the QR code will be sent shortly after.
