How do I install the eSIM using a QR code?

After placing your order, you will first receive an order confirmation email with your receipt. At this stage, the eSIM is not yet active.

Once the eSIM is activated on your selected start date, we will send you a separate email containing your QR code and a step-by-step setup guide.

To install the eSIM:

1. Make sure your smartphone is connected to Wi-Fi
   
2. Open the eSIM / mobile network settings on your device
   
3. Scan the QR code provided in the activation email to download the eSIM plan
   

Please note:

• The eSIM plan can be downloaded only once
  
• If the eSIM is deleted after successful installation, a re-download fee of 1,500 JPY will apply
  
• After installing the eSIM, you must install the APN profile for the data connection to work correctly
