Here’s how cancellation works:
- If you cancel 4 or more days before the start date, there’s no cancellation fee
- If you cancel 3 days or less before the start date, a 3,000 JPY fee applies
Please note that credit card processing fees aren’t refundable, and exchange rate differences aren’t included in refund calculations. If you think you might need to cancel, it’s best to contact us via our contact form as early as possible.
