Can I get a refund if my device is incompatible?

Unfortunately, we can’t offer refunds for device incompatibility (for example: the phone is SIM-locked or the device isn’t compatible). Refunds are only available if there is a confirmed malfunction with the service itself. To avoid issues, we recommend checking compatibility before ordering or contacting us if you’re unsure.
