Cancellation policy:
- Free cancellation: 4 or more days before the rental start date
- 3,000 JPY cancellation fee: 3 days or less before the rental start date
Important notes:
- Credit card transaction fees are non-refundable
- Exchange rate differences are not considered in refund calculations
