Unfortunately, we’re not able to offer refunds if the issue is caused by device incompatibility. Refunds are only available when there is a confirmed technical malfunction with the eSIM itself.
If the eSIM doesn’t work because the device is unsupported, locked, or has incompatible settings, this wouldn’t be eligible for a refund. To avoid this, we strongly recommend checking our compatibility list before ordering or contacting us via our Contact Form if you’re unsure.
