I have not received my eSIM QR code after ordering. What should I do?

Your Travel eSIM will be activated at 00:00 Japan Time on your chosen start date. If that date has not yet arrived, please wait until the activation time.

For same-day orders, the activation email is usually sent shortly after ordering but may take up to one hour.

If you have not received the activation email:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder
  2. Confirm that the activation date and time have passed
  3. If the email is still missing after the activation time or one hour for same-day orders, please contact us immediately via our Contact Form
